“Trick or Tea” at the Disneyland Hotel

I absolutely love the afternoon tea at the Disneyland hotel. The ambience, the tea and delicious treats make for a fun afternoon.

Each table has a fun Disney Villain centerpiece which adds a spooky touch. Pictured below are the Evil Queen, Cruella de Vil, Maleficent, and a Jafar flower arrangement.

This is also a fun thing to do with little ones. I’ve seen kids dress up as their favorite Disney Princesses sipping tea which is adorable and the kids menu is delicious and fun as well.

We chose the classic tea party.

For my tea of choice, I chose one of my favorites: the mountain berry. It not only smells amazing but tastes amazing too.

We also tried the Coconut black tea. Both are delicious!

Served is a wonderful and tasty assortments of scones, a finger sandwich selection that includes prime rib, beet deviled egg, avocado with edamame and a host of other delicacies.

You start out with some delicious scones. These are always my favorite. Steakhouse 55 makes some of the best I’ve ever tried.

You have a webbed chocolate chip scone and a fun decorated candy corn scone.

Next up you have more Villain touches. It’s a Scar hummus and serrano ham sandwhich (which was delish and my fav). You have Gaston’s prime rib sandwich, the Maleficent avocado toast with edamame and bacon, and to represent Ursula you have a beet dyed deviled egg with caviar and dried seaweed.

For dessert there is a chocolate covered strawberry as Oogie Boogie. A gingerbread voodoo doll is inspired by the villain Dr. Facilier from The Princess and the Frog. There’s a delicious pumpkin cream cupcake to represent Cruella de Vil and a poision apple bavarian mousse with salted caramel that represents the Evil Queen.

Tea is served from 12:00 pm to 3:00 pm Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays in September and Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays in October, as well as October 29 to 31.

This tea party does book up quickly so be sure to book as soon as possible. You can call 714 781 3463 daily to check for reservations or (click here) to check availability.

This is seriously one of my favorite things to do. Grab your gal pals, significant other or even just yourself and sip some spooktacular tea at the Disneyland Resort. I absolutely love it and would recommend it to everyone. So what are you waiting for? Go book! If it is sold out keep checking for cancellations. If you can’t make it to the Halloween tea time definitely put this on your to do list in the future. It’s a must and so much fun!

As always thank you for stopping by.
